Shifts Available: Full-Time and Part-Time (Second Shift) — Every other weekend required
Requirements: Active Wisconsin certification; age 18+

As a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:
Assist residents with ADLs, including personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
Monitor resident conditions and report updates immediately to the charge nurse.
Complete timely electronic charting and ensure a safe, compliant care environment.
A successful CNA Certified Nursing Assistant candidate must have:
Active Wisconsin CNA Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing.
High School Diploma/GED, basic charting skills, and background check clearance.
Strong team collaboration skills (LTC experience preferred, new grads welcome).
