Responsibilities:
Assist nursing staff with the administration of medications to residents, following established protocols and procedures
Monitor residents' medication schedules and record vital signs as needed
Assist with resident care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Report any changes or concerns regarding residents' conditions to the nursing staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and timely records of medication administration and resident care

Requirements:
