AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking a skilled Bilingual Litigation Paralegal to join one of its clients in its 1st party litigation docket. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience handling matters in a 1st party claim’s docket on the plaintiff’s side from inception to trial. This candidate must have experience with managing various aspects of personal injury including auto, trucking, premises liability and others.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Drafting pleadings, motions;
• Conducting discovery (both propounding and responding to)
• Coordinating experts;
• Obtaining witness statements;
• Assisting with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation;
• Managing litigation calendar.

Experience:

• 5+ years managing first party injury claims working as a litigation paralegal.
