We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Electrician Crew Lead to oversee electrical projects and lead a team of electricians in delivering high-quality work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities across multiple projects.
- Lead, mentor, and support electricians while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of work.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Plan, schedule, and prioritize daily work activities to meet project timelines and budget requirements.
- Conduct routine job-site safety inspections and proactively enforce safety procedures.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, inspectors, and clients to ensure project success.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions in the field.
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, completed work, and safety documentation.
Qualifications Required
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License.
- Proven experience supervising electrical crews and projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electrical codes, and workplace safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.
Preferred
Experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems.
Additional electrical certifications or specialized training.
