What You’ll Be Doing

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our community looking its best by:

  • Preparing apartments for new residents

  • Interior painting, touch-ups, patching, and minor repairs

  • Completing general handyman projects throughout the community

  • Assisting with preventative maintenance and work orders

  • Supporting the Maintenance Director with daily maintenance tasks

  • Keeping tools, supplies, and maintenance areas organized

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
  • Previous painting and handyman/maintenance experience

  • Experience with apartment turns or residential maintenance preferred

  • Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, plumbing, and minor repairs

  • Ability to work independently and stay organized

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
