$3.00/Hour for 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
$2.00/Hour for Night Shift
Additional $2.00/Hour Weekend Incentive for All Hours Worked on Saturday & Sunday

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility policies

Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment
Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Ability to work every other weekend and holiday rotation
