Lead Maintenance Technician

The Grand at Utica is seeking a Lead Maintenance Tech

*NOW OFFERING SAME DAY PAY*

• *Ideal candidate must have experience in HVAC and Electrical systems

• Pay Ranges: $22-$25 D.O.E

Duties Include:

• Will be supervised by the Director of Maintenance.

• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing

• General maintenance experience required

• Moving materials from room to room etc.

Requirements Include:

• Ability to lift and move at least 50 to 100 lbs.

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be able to work in the United States.

• Must be able to work as a team member.

• Must be able to work alone

• Must be willing to work weekends.

• Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health.

• HVAC certification a plus
