Journeyman/Lead HVAC Installer

4-Day Work Week | No Babysitting | $30 - $38 an hour

We’re looking for a solid HVAC installer that can handle a job from start to finish. If you can read prints, tin a job clean, figure things out, and show up every day ready to work, keep reading.

This is not a corporate environment with constant check-ins and micromanaging. We hire experienced tradespeople because we trust them to do the work. You’ll have freedom to run your jobs as long as:

• the work is clean,
• customers are taken care of,
• and deadlines are met.

You’ll Be:

• Reading plans and laying out installs
• Fabricating and installing ductwork
• Running residential/light commercial HVAC projects
• Keeping jobs moving without needing constant direction
• Working with the crew when needed and solving problems as they come up
• Making sure installs are done right the first time

What We Want:

• Journeyman-level HVAC install experience
• Strong sheet metal/tinning skills
• Someone dependable who shows up
• Ability to work independently
• Pride in clean work
• Good attitude and solid work ethic
