Responsibilities
- Present finance products to customers.
- Secure financing through our network of lenders.
- Maximize dealership profitability through product sales while maintaining compliance.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and finance sources.
- Structure deals and obtain lender approvals.
- Review contracts and funding packages for accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations.
- Work closely with sales managers and sales staff to maximize closing ratios.
- Assist with special finance and challenging credit situations.
- Previous automotive F&I experience required.
- Strong knowledge of RouteOne, DealerTrack, and lender programs.
- Proven track record of product sales and profitability.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance knowledge.
