Lundgren Cars specializing in new Audi, VW, Dodge and Ram product is seeking a dynamic and proven Automotive Sales Manager to join our team in Rutland, VT. The successful candidate will oversee the sales operations, lead a team of sales professionals, and drive revenue growth in our automotive dealership.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team
• Set individual and team sales goals
• Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues
• Monitor market trends and competition

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales management
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
