A Place At Home - Somerville is looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide quality, personalized care to clients in the Hopewell, NJ area.

Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.
Provide compassionate companionship, conversation, and reassurance throughout the shift.
Monitor the client's well-being and respond to any needs that may arise.
Follow the established care plan and provide dependable, attentive care at all times.
Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
Active Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
Reliable transportation
Previous caregiving experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
Strong communication and observational skills
Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
