Location: Baldwin, WI
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mold Operator to join our production team in Baldwin, WI. As an Injection Molding Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic parts while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.

Position Purpose
The Injection Molding Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring injection molding machines to produce quality parts. This position performs product inspections, follows standardized work instructions, accurately documents production, and helps maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
·Read, understand, and follow Molding Work Instructions (MWI).
·Set up work cells as required and operate injection molding equipment.
·Perform visual, in-process, and final inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
·Maintain production cycle times to support production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
·Inspect finished products for defects and verify compliance with specifications.
·Record production output and quality data accurately in the ERP system.
·Follow all packaging and labeling procedures according to work instructions.
·Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
·Ensure adequate packaging materials are available for current production and the next shift.
·Communicate production status and job information during shift changes.
·Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
·Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
·High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
·Ability to understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
·Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
·Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
·Basic computer skills.
·Strong attention to detail and quality.
·Good hand-eye coordination.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Reliable with strong time management skills.
Physical Requirements
·Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
·Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
·Ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity.
