Brake Press Operator

We are seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator to join our dynamic team in Wyoming, IL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in the bending and shaping of metal components. • Set up and operate brake press machines to bend and shape metal parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine job requirements.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on brake press equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Brake Press Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot brake press machinery effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
