The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct nursing care to the resident and supervises the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. The person holding this position is delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
