Job Description
Horsham Center for Jewish Life is a 324-bed long-term care community committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
We are currently looking for caring, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing nursing team.
As a CNA, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing hands-on care and helping them feel comfortable, respected, and supported each day.

Available Shifts7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
12-Hour Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Reliable transportation required.)

Supportive and team-oriented work environment
Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Provide compassionate, person-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.
Monitor residents and report changes in their physical or emotional condition to the nursing team.
Respond promptly to residents’ needs and help maintain their safety and well-being.
Assist with positioning, transfers, and mobility as appropriate.
Work closely with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
Build positive relationships with residents and provide respectful, compassionate support.
Current CNA certification required.
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
