Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at Park Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of residents' physical and cognitive abilities, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized treatment plans
Design and implement occupational therapy interventions to enhance residents' daily living skills, mobility, and cognitive function
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized plans to address residents' medical and functional needs
Educate and empower residents and their families on self-care techniques, adaptive equipment, and strategies for maintaining independence
Document resident progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team and family members
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care and address any concerns or needs

Requirements
Minimum of 0 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT)
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
