LNA - Full-Time / Home Health Care ***NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS***

As an LNA supporting our Independent Living residents, you'll provide personalized assistance based on each resident's individual needs. You'll also play an important role in our assessment and care planning process, helping ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care and support. What You'll DoResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)Provide individualized daily support based on resident needsProvide weekly personal shopping assistanceArrange and accompany residents to healthcare appointmentsParticipate in assessments and care planningCommunicate resident needs and changes with the interdisciplinary teamWork collaboratively with other members of the care teamBuild meaningful relationships with residents while promoting independence and dignity We're looking for an LNA who is compassionate, dependable, organized, and comfortable working both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
