Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility's equipment and systems
Manage and coordinate requests and tasks, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution

Monitor and report on maintenance activities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in nursing home maintenance and life safety
