Schedule:
Wednesday 4:30pm-10:30pm, Thursday- Saturday 4:30pm-5:00am

Training hours will be:
Wednesday: 4:30am-10:30am
Thursday: 4:30am-5:00pm
Friday: 4:30am-5:00pm
Saturday: 4:30am-5:00pm

A local manufacturer is seeking a processor operator! In this role, you'll be responsible for producing, moving, and monitoring liquid vinegar mixes while maintaining safety, quality, and sanitation standards. This is a hands-on, production-focused position ideal for someone detail-oriented and comfortable working in an industrial food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety guidelines
  • Review production schedules and produce required vinegar types and quantities
  • Operate and monitor tanks, pumps, valves, lines, and related equipment
  • Perform routine field inspections to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Troubleshoot process issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Conduct lab testing and accurately document results
  • Load and unload bulk liquid shipments; receive and inspect raw materials
  • Clean tanks, containers, and work areas according to sanitation procedures
  • Complete production reports and certificates of analysis
  • Monitor weekly inventory of raw materials and finished goods
  • Participate in month-end inventory cycle counts
  • Assist with sanitation tasks as needed
Requirements
  • 1+ year of active, daily forklift operation experience required
  • Forklift certification preferred
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work overtime, on-call, and variable shifts
  • Ability to work in high-temperature environments and around chemicals
  • Steel toe footwear required
  • Basic knowledge of acetator, fermentation, or Romicon operations preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. for 12 hours
