Assembly Associate
Location: Piqua, OH
Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

We are hiring Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility in the Piqua area. This position works on an assembly line producing and assembling baby products, including car seats.
Responsibilities
- Assemble car seats and related components along a production line
- Work with small parts and components using your hands throughout the shift
- Rotate between assembly lines and workstations as needed
- Cross-train to perform multiple assembly functions
- Inspect assembled products for visible quality issues
- Complete additional production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable performing repetitive assembly tasks and consistently using hands throughout the shift
- Ability to work with smaller parts and components
- Comfortable standing at a workstation for extended periods
- Ability to rotate between stations and learn multiple assembly processes
