Join Our Team at Alliance RecoveryPosition: Operations Support StaffLocation: Alliance RecoverySchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMPay: $20.00 per hourAbout the RoleAlliance Recovery is seeking a dedicated Operations Support Staff Member to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting clients, staff, and daily operations. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors, assist with intakes, and ensure smooth and accurate facility operations.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete client intakes in EMR and maintain accurate recordsOrganize and upload client documentsConduct and document client drug tests (BAC/UA)Greet and assist visitors with professionalismSupport clients in following facility rules and expectationsMaintain supplies and assist with facility organizationProvide "observe and report" documentation for client careCommunicate effectively with the Operations Manager & Program DirectorQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentRegistered recovery worker (RADT-1, SUDRC, or equivalent) preferredCPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, or related field preferredStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismWhy Work With Us?Steady daytime schedule (M–F, no nights or weekends)Supportive, mission-driven team environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others
