Commercial Lines Professional

Westrock Insurance Agency is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Lines professional to join our team in a senior-level service role. This position is designed for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and capable of handling complex accounts while supporting both remarketing efforts and new business initiatives.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can step in, take ownership of accounts, and contribute immediately within a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

Service and manage a book of Commercial Lines accounts, including mid to large-sized risks

Prepare and process new business, renewals, and endorsements

Review policies for accuracy, coverage gaps, and compliance

Assist with remarketing accounts and renewal strategy

Support new business efforts alongside producers and the Commercial Lines team

Communicate with carriers to obtain competitive terms and resolve underwriting issues

Handle client service requests and respond to coverage-related questions

Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency workflows

Requirements

Active Property Casualty license (required)

Strong Commercial Lines experience in an independent agency setting

Previous experience with AMS 360

Previous experience working in a remote setting

Solid understanding of coverages, policy structure, and underwriting

Experience working with multiple carriers and remarketing accounts

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to manage accounts independently and prioritize workload effectively

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
