What You Will Do

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure

• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles

• Assist with luggage and escort guests to their rooms

• Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions

• Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional front drive

• Respond promptly to guest requests and service needs

• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable arrival and departure experiences

• Support the Guest Services team in delivering Forbes Five-Star service standards

Qualifications

• Previous valet, bell, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to safely operate automatic-transmission vehicles; manual-transmission experience is a plus

• Strong communication and guest service skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
