Night CNA

North County Nursing and Rehab is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our healthcare team! The ideal candidate will assist residents with daily living activities, ensure comfort, and provide high-quality care in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.

Job Type: Fulltime

Shift Availability: 7P-7A

Salary: Flexible based on experience

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meals, turning, ambulating, and hydration

• Help residents with personal hygiene needs

• Observe and report changes in resident health to supervising nurse

• Document food and fluid intake accurately

• Assist with feeding and provide nutritional supplements

• Maintain clean and tidy living environments, including making beds

• Transport residents safely within the facility

• Support nursing staff and follow facility policies

• Uphold confidentiality and compliance with federal, state, and local standards

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification

• Strong communication skills

• Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities

• Attention to detail and familiarity with patient care standards

• Physical stamina and ability to assist residents safely
