We're seeking a motivated, results-oriented, and professional Automotive Store Manager to lead one of our locations. This is a confidential search on behalf of our organization; candidates should expect discretion throughout the interview process.

As Store Manager, you'll lead a team of skilled technicians, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive business growth — all while modeling the professionalism and integrity we expect throughout the shop.

Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives. Our high-volume stores and generous bonus structure allow top performers to earn over $130K annually.

What You'll Need:

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A professional demeanor and sound judgment, especially under pressure
• Proven track record of driving sales and building customer trust
• A demonstrated commitment to following company policies and procedures
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field preferred; sales experience highly desired
• Proficiency in computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, shop management software like Tekmetric)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (may be required)
