Regal Staffing Services is currently seeking a Mechanical/Shop Technician for a well-established hydraulic repair company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who is comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with hydraulic repair and shop operations.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely and effectively.
- Disassemble, inspect, clean, and reassemble mechanical components.
- Assist experienced technicians with hydraulic equipment repairs.
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
- Perform general mechanical and shop-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience preferred.
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to learn mechanical and hydraulic repair processes.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in automotive, industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, mechanical, or repair environments is a plus.
- Hydraulic experience is not required — training will be provided.
