We feature dishes in the French culinary technique with a modern, seasonal style.Requirements:-5+ years of high volume, upscale restaurant leadership experience-Open availability incuding nights and weekends-Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude-Ability to work under pressure-A love of modern food and drink-Ability to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift inlcuding bending and stooping
