Clean-Room Spindle Assembly and Bearing Systems Technician

If you like immaculate, temperature-controlled workspaces and take pride in meticulous assembly, this role is for you. Our Spindle Repair Division is growing fast—and we’re looking for a teammate who thrives on accuracy and collaborative problem-solving.

What you’ll do

• Inspect, disassemble, and prepare spindle components for service
• Perform exacting bearing measurements, select fits, and set proper preload
• Reassemble spindles in a certified clean-room with tight-tolerance techniques
• Document each step in Microsoft Office and contribute to team repair projects
• Support unit growth with additional duties and occasional local driving

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on experience building or rebuilding spindles for industrial machinery
• Strong understanding of bearing systems and precision alignment
• Comfort working to microns with high-accuracy equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for clear, accurate records
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
