Picture your shift at Real Alloy: you arrive, gear up, review safe work plans, and dive into a mix of new machine installs and hands-on diagnostics. By midday you’ve isolated an electrical fault, replaced a component, verified lockout/tagout, and brought a critical system back online. Before clocking out, you complete a machine safety inspection and document work so the next shift is set up for success. Multiple shifts are available, and your work has a visible impact from day one.

What You’ll Do
  • Install new equipment and bring it up to spec, including alignment, calibration, and start-up checks
  • Troubleshoot and repair production machinery—both mechanical and electrical—to minimize downtime
  • Perform equipment diagnostics, from basic checks to deeper root-cause analysis
  • Execute safe work practices every time, including strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
  • Conduct machine safety inspections and document corrective actions
What You Bring
  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment
  • Ability to operate power equipment and follow detailed work instructions and procedures
  • Curiosity to learn and a commitment to working safely; PLC exposure is a plus (you’ll gain more on the job)
  • A team-first mindset, with the confidence to work independently and complete assigned tasks
