Property Management Maintenance Technician
Pay: $14.00-$14.50/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable Property Management Maintenance Technician to help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and overall condition of our apartment communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Complete work orders and apartment make-ready tasks
- Maintain grounds, common areas, breezeways, and dumpster areas
- Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry repairs
- Operate maintenance equipment safely
- Identify and report safety hazards and property concerns
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of property management, maintenance, construction, or related experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions
