Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding residents

• Assist with personal cares, such as toileting, incontinence care, and vital signs

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse or other health care professionals

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors

• Participate in daily care conferences and resident assessments

• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 0 years of experience in long-term care or healthcare setting (new graduates welcome to apply)

• Ability to lift, move, and reposition residents with a minimum of 50 pounds

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
