We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join Western Arizona Regional Medical Center. Physical Therapists play an important role in helping patients reduce pain, restore mobility, improve function, and achieve greater independence.

In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and help patients reach their mobility and wellness goals. You may also educate patients on injury prevention, fitness, and long-term strategies for maintaining an active lifestyle.

The Physical Therapist will:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide physical therapy treatments to reduce pain and improve mobility.

• Help patients restore function and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

• Educate patients on exercises, mobility, injury prevention, and wellness.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Promote long-term health, mobility, and independence.

  Assignment Details

  • Contract: 13 weeks

  • Start: ASAP

  • Schedule: 7a–4p or 8a–5p

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist (PT) License – Required

• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience – Required

• Outpatient Physical Therapy experience preferred.

• Ability to provide quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• EMR: ReDoc & MedHost
