Clementine Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) / Caregiver to provide overnight care in Downingtown, PA.

Job ResponsibilitiesOvernight shifts: Starting at 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM, or 9:00 PM
Assist the client with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Ensure the client’s safety and well-being at all times.
Build a genuine connection with the client and provide companionship.
Provide compassionate, respectful, and reliable care.
Competitive wages: $19–$20 per hour, based on verifiable experience.
Mileage compensation: Currently $0.70 per mile between cases.
Holiday incentive pay
Profit-sharing plan: Company contributions may be made at the Company’s discretion to employees who meet the plan’s eligibility requirements.

Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or equivalent and maintenance of certification.
Current CPR certification.
Previous home care experience with acceptable references preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
