Location: Odessa, Texas

Key Responsibilities but not limited too:
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, panels, fixtures, and equipment.
- Support electricians in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues efficiently and safely.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with applicable electrical codes, company standards, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and maintenance activities.
- Organize tools, equipment, and materials to support daily operations.
- Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production schedules and project deadlines.
- Demonstrate a professional attitude and strong commitment to continuous learning and development.
Qualifications Required
- Active Apprentice Electrician License or enrollment in an approved electrical apprenticeship program.
- Minimum of 3 years of electrical experience, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, or oilfield environments.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documents.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications Preferred:
- Oilfield electrical experience.
- Experience working in fabrication or manufacturing facilities.
- Familiarity with electrical testing instruments and diagnostic equipment.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and climb ladders for extended periods.
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments under varying conditions.
- Ability to safely wear and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
