About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a newer, rapidly growing manufacturing operation where quality will be critical to the company’s continued expansion. - Verify weld quality against applicable drawings, specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
- Identify weld defects, nonconforming material, and workmanship issues before products move through production.

- Interpret weld symbols, blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding documentation.
- Verify welding procedures and practices are being followed appropriately on the production floor.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
- Support root cause investigations and corrective actions related to welding defects.
- Help reinforce consistent welding and inspection standards as production volume grows.
- Serve as a knowledgeable welding resource for production and quality teams.
What You Bring
- Active Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification required.
- Hands-on experience inspecting welded components in a manufacturing, fabrication, structural, or similar environment required.
- Strong understanding of welding processes, weld defects, weld symbols, and inspection practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and welding documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with the confidence to identify and communicate quality concerns.
- A hands-on, team-oriented mindset and interest in growing with an expanding operation.
What’s Offered

- Approximately $73,000–$87,000 annually before overtime
- Full-time, 1st shift schedule
- Overtime opportunity as production demands require
- Benefits package
- Opportunity to join a rapidly growing operation with room for increased responsibility and advancement
- High-visibility role where your welding expertise can directly influence quality standards and processes
