Veterinary Receptionist at Airport West Animal Clinic

Airport West Animal Clinic in Yakima, WA is looking for a receptionist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a team player, punctual, and works well in a fast paced environment. Our clinic is very busy and our doctors work quickly. We are looking for a part time employee to start work around the middle of September 2026.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients basic veterinary information
• Cashier
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Invoicing
• Maintenance of cleaning equipment
• End of day cleaning

• 8 hour shift (on average)
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday, 2-3 Saturdays per month
• Weekend availability
