What You’ll Do
- Process a high volume of invoices and support full-cycle accounts payable
- Review invoices for accurate coding, approvals, and supporting documentation
- Assist with vendor records, payment processing, and discrepancy resolution
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address AP questions
- Support month-end close, reporting, and other accounting activities
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of high-volume accounts payable experience preferred
- Recent associate’s or bachelor’s graduates in accounting, business, or a related field are encouraged to apply
- Internship or entry-level accounting experience is helpful but not required
- NetSuite or other ERP system experience is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
