Faith Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing home health team. If you're passionate about helping patients improve their communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life, we'd love to hear from you!

We have immediate opportunities for a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes throughout Boca Raton and surrounding areas.

• Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs

• Provide skilled speech-language therapy services in the home

• Treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, and strategies

• Accurately document patient progress and outcomes

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred/required as applicable

• Home health experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

• Excellent communication and patient education abilities

• Reliable transportation
