This position plays an important role in providing accurate and timely laboratory results that help our clinical team make informed decisions about patient care.Responsibilities include:Performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficientlyAnalyzing and interpreting laboratory results according to established proceduresFollowing quality control and quality assurance standardsOperating, maintaining, and troubleshooting laboratory instrumentationAdhering to established laboratory policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirementsWorking collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare teamContributing to a safe, respectful, and patient-focused laboratory environmentPosition DetailsPosition: MLT / MT / MLSDepartment: LaboratoryStatus: PRNLocation: Gateway Regional Medical Center2100 Madison AvenueGranite City, IL 62040Pay Range: $20.41-$38.56 per hourActual compensation is based on factors including education, experience, certifications, and relevant skills.
