Now Hiring: Certified Forklift Operator / Heavy Equipment Operator

Location: Odessa, Texas

Job Duties but not limited too:

Safely operate forklifts, telehandlers, skid steers, loaders, and other heavy equipment.
Load, unload, transport, and stage materials in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform daily equipment inspections and complete required documentation.
Report equipment issues and maintenance needs promptly.
Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
Assist with inventory control, warehouse activities, and material management.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve productivity goals.
Follow all operational procedures and safety protocols.
Anything asked of upper management as duties can change

Required Qualifications

Valid Forklift Operator Certification.
2+ years of forklift and/or heavy equipment operating experience.
Experience operating multiple types of industrial equipment.
Strong commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required.
Preferred Qualifications
OSHA Safety Training Certification.
Experience in construction, oilfield, manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environments.
Knowledge of preventive equipment maintenance.
CDL is a plus but not required.
