CDR ProSource is hiring Assembler (Carpenter/Framer) to assist with the production and assembly of wooden trusses in Rapid City, SD 57703. This is a physically demanding position that requires standing for extended periods and handling large pieces of lumber.

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Overtime: Voluntary Saturday shifts available; approximately 45 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
- Stand and work throughout the entire shift.
- Lift and place lumber, including pieces up to 2" x 10" x 20', into a jig.
- Hammer and secure truss plates.
- Manually stack completed trusses on the ground.
- Follow all safety procedures and production standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and handle large pieces of lumber.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Previous construction, manufacturing, assembly, or lumber experience is a plus.
