The Restorative Aide is responsible for providing nursing restorative care to ensure residents attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental, and emotional well-being possible without decline, unless the decline is documented as unavoidable. The restorative aide will provide this care as assigned by the Restorative Nurse or DON and in accordance with the resident's overall plan of care.
