Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients with a range of diagnoses and conditions
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and objectives
Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Participate in patient education and training to promote carryover of skills into daily life
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
