Step into a day building precision electronics
From the moment you clock in, you’ll dive into hands-on assembly work that keeps complex electromechanical products moving from blueprint to finished build. You’ll interpret detailed manufacturing drawings and SOP/OMS, assemble and test components under a microscope, and keep your area spotless using 5S practices—all while following safety protocols and looking for ways to improve each process you touch.
What you’ll do- Assemble electronic and mechanical components following standardized work instructions and top/sub-level drawings.
- Test electromechanical sub-assemblies that demand steady hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Read and comprehend manufacturing drawings and SOP/OMS to ensure build accuracy.
- Use microscopes and small hand tools for fine, precision work.
- Apply company policies and procedures while contributing to continuous improvement.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards (5S) throughout your shift.
- Work on varied, semi-routine tasks; overtime may be required based on production needs.
We offer 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekend schedules. A shift differential applies, including a 10% differential between 1st and 2nd shift.
What you bring (preferred)- 1+ years in electronics or mechanical assembly (experience preferred, not required).
- Soldering exposure or formal training.
- Background in electronic assembly and working with electrical/electronic systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Mechanical troubleshooting aptitude and solid shop math skills.
- Comfort using small tools and microscopes for micro-assembly tasks.
Must be naturalized U.S. Citizen
