Tower Foreman - Stacks and Tower Modification

OverviewAs a Tower Stack/Mod crew foreman operating out of our Mooresville, IN office, you will be responsible for site management duties that include tower and ground operations and related responsibilities in accordance with OSHA safety guidelines. Every day, you will interact with customers, other vendors and subcontractors, complete necessary paperwork, and communicate with the construction manager about work progress and known issues. You will also review and approve your crew's work, providing training, guidance, and work leadership necessary to maximize safety and productivity, minimize costs, and maintain quality.This crew foreman position will work primarily on tower stacks and tower modification projects. We prefer a person capable and well-versed gin pole operation to stack towers.Ability to run a crew or help a crew with, tower maintenance and inspections, antenna and line installation and required RF testing are a plus though not the primary focus of this position.What We Need from YouTo thrive in this role, you must be able to climb towers and work at heights up to 500 feet, performing manual labor in outdoor environments. You must possess basic computer skills and be able to complete/submit paperwork and closeout documents by required deadlines.
