Great Country Farms, nestled in the picturesque town of Bluemont, VA, is looking for a Tap Room Associate to join our Henway Hard Cider Tap Room team. What You’ll Do

As a Tap Room Associate, you’ll be an essential part of our team, ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and engaging with guests to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Serving beverages and assisting guests with recommendations from our offerings.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the tap room area.
• Handling transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Supporting the team with special events or seasonal activities.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings enthusiasm and professionalism to the role. Here’s what we’re looking for in an ideal candidate:

• Saturday & Sunday availability required, Friday Evening Options as well.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with guests
• Reliable and ready to hustle during busy fall weekends
• Strong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skills
• Hospitality experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
• Able to stand for extended shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, upbeat service
• Pour cider, flights, and other beverages
• Learn our cider lineup and help guests find their favorites
• Process orders and payments using our POS system
• Promote The Flock Cider Club, events, and experiences
• Keep the bar and guest areas clean, stocked, and organized
• Jump in and help the team wherever needed
