Our home care agency is seeking experienced, reliable HHAs/CNAs to add to our growing team! We are a family of dedicated professionals committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals across all stages of life, from toddlers to seniors, ensuring they receive the highest level of care in the comfort of their own homes.

HHAs/CNAs who are interested in one on one (1:1) care, we are looking for you!

We currently have a need for reliable caregivers for a young adult in Wimauma, FL!:

1. Monday, Friday, Saturday 2pm-10pm

2. Wednesday 4pm-10pm

The open case above requires proficiency with the some or all of following tasks:

  • Sensory accommodations

  • Transfers/Hoyer lift use

  • Homemaking activities (laundry, bed making, sweeping)

  • Meal preparation

  • Intake & output monitoring

  • Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

Standard Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, and toileting

  • Assist clients with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper body mechanics

  • Support continence care, including use of briefs, bedpans, and commodes

  • Assist with meal preparation as needed

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients

  • Observe for and report changes in client condition, behavior, or safety concerns to the supervising nurse

  • Implement fall prevention and safety measures per care plan

  • Provide supervision for clients requiring cueing or redirection

  • Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, bed-making, and tidying client living areas

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in home care or home health

  • Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards

  • Proficiency in English (bilingual a plus)

  • Caring and compassionate personality

  • Current CPR certificate

  • Current First Aid training

  • Valid driver’s license/ID

  • High school education or higher (diploma/GED/transcript or equivalent required)

  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach and a commitment to quality in everything you do

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem, Contract (all contractors MUST show they are in business for themselves by proof of EIN, state business license, or business occupational license)

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
