Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Coastal Manor, a top-performing skilled nursing and residential care facility in Yarmouth, Maine. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents, and we are proud to offer a patient-centric approach and seamless continuity of care through our collaborative partnerships with area hospitals.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, and dining
Ensure resident comfort and safety at all times through friendly, timely, and quality care
Respect and maintain residents' rights at all times
Respond promptly to residents' and family requests for assistance
Observe, record, and report any changes in resident status to the charge nurse or director of nursing
Accurately document care provided
Perform other duties as needed or assigned
Requirements:
Current Maine CNA certification
Experience working within a nursing home, assisted living, or hospital (preferred)
Schedule:
Part-time & Full-time schedules available on 1st and 2nd shifts
Must work every other weekend, if applicable
Compensation:
$27 - $31 HOURLY
