- Make basic machine adjustments as necessary to maintain production and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Accurately complete required production and quality documentation.
- Follow all plant safety, quality, and operating procedures.
- Cross-train on additional equipment and production processes as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ months of manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred.
- Experience operating high-speed or high-volume manufacturing equipment is strongly preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to troubleshoot basic machine issues.
- Experience performing basic preventive maintenance on production equipment is a plus.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and measuring equipment such as calipers and tape measures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and cross-train in different areas.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work a consistent schedule.
- Ability to remain on your feet throughout the shift and perform repetitive physical activities including walking, lifting, twisting, bending, and stacking materials.
Work Environment:
This position is located in a clean, organized, and temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. While much of the production equipment is automated, operators remain actively involved throughout the process.
