We are looking for a detail-oriented Coordinator, Pre-Boarding to support the onboarding experience for an agriculture organization in Loveland, Colorado. This Long-term Contract position focuses on coordinating pre-employment and onboarding activities, with a primary focus on I-9 employment eligibility verification and compliance. This role serves as a key point of contact for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time while providing a positive onboarding experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the full I-9 verification process for new hires.
- Guide employees through Form I-9 completion and explain required documentation.
- Review identification and work authorization documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure all I-9 forms are completed, processed, and stored in accordance with federal regulations.
- Schedule onboarding appointments, verification meetings, and new hire orientation sessions.
- Communicate with candidates regarding onboarding requirements, deadlines, and next steps.
- Track and maintain onboarding documentation and employee records.
- Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR team members to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Monitor outstanding, I-9s and proactively follow up with employees to resolve missing documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive records.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
